The Story....

He was born Lonnie McIntosh, but we know him better as Lonnie Mack. The guitar hero was born in Indiana and made music history when he cut an instrumental version of Chuck Berry’s “Memphis”. It became a bigger hit than Chuck’s and put Lonnie on the national scene. Lonnie’s guitar skills were legendary and many people cite Lonnie as the godfather of blues/rock.
